1 Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") represent a legally binding agreement between you and Core Tech Studios ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Judah News mobile application and website (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, accessing, or registering an account on Judah News, you agree to be bound by these Terms and ourPrivacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of our Services.
2 Eligibility & Registration
To use Judah News, you must satisfy the following conditions:
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). The platform is not intended for children under 13.
- Account Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information when creating your account.
- Credential Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3 Acceptable Use & Guidelines
We are committed to maintaining a safe, civil, and welcoming community. You agree NOT to:
- Post, send, or upload any content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, threatening, hateful, or racially/ethnically offensive.
- Distribute spam, unauthorized commercial solicitations, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
- Impersonate any person, business, or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
- Transmit files containing software viruses, malware, trojans, or malicious code designed to disrupt device functionality.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, accounts, or computer networks.
- Engage in stalking, bullying, intimidation, or harm directed at any user.
4 User Content & Moderation
Users may post stories, images, comments, and send direct messages within the application:
- Ownership: You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the content you create and post. You grant Judah News a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content strictly to operate the Services.
- Zero Tolerance for Abusive Content: There is zero tolerance for hate speech, harassment, violence, or sexual exploitation. Violative content will be removed immediately.
- In-App Reporting & Blocking: Judah News includes direct tools allowing users to report offensive posts or abusive messages, and to block users instantly. Reported violations are reviewed by our moderation team.
5 News Aggregation Disclaimer
Judah News aggregates news headlines, summaries, and links from third-party public RSS feeds and established international news outlets.
All trademarks, logos, and article copyrights belong to their respective publishers. Judah News does not author, endorse, or assume responsibility for the accuracy or viewpoint of third-party news reporting.
6 Intellectual Property
Except for user-generated content and third-party news articles, all platform designs, logos, software code, UI animations, and trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of Core Tech Studios and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
7 Termination & Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the in-app menu (Settings > Delete Account) or via ouraccount deletion page.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, if we believe the user has violated these Terms, community safety policies, or applicable laws.
8 Disclaimers & Liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORE TECH STUDIOS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
9 Modifications to Terms
We may update or revise these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Judah News following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
