Child Safety Standards

1 Age Requirement

• Minimum age — 18 years: Judah News is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.
• No children allowed: We do not knowingly allow individuals under the age of 18 to register or use the app. The app is not directed at children and is not designed or marketed toward minors.
• Account termination: If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will immediately suspend and permanently delete their account and all associated data without notice.

2 Zero Tolerance for CSAM

• Absolute prohibition: Judah News has a strict zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises minors. No such content is permitted on the platform under any circumstances.
• Immediate removal: Any content identified as CSAM will be removed instantly, the responsible account permanently banned, and the incident reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where legally required.
• Law enforcement cooperation: We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in any investigation involving child safety. We will provide all requested information within the bounds of applicable law.

3 Prohibited Content & Behaviour

The following are strictly prohibited on Judah News:

• Any content that sexually exploits, abuses, or depicts minors
• Grooming, soliciting, or attempting to establish inappropriate contact with minors
• Sharing, distributing, or linking to CSAM or related material
• Impersonating a minor for the purpose of interacting with children
• Content that normalises or glorifies child abuse, exploitation, or endangerment in any form

Violations will result in immediate, permanent account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

4 Safety Measures We Have in Place

• Email verification: Every account must verify a valid email address before accessing the platform, creating a traceable identity layer.
• Content reporting: Any user can report another user or a post directly inside the app. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and acted on within 24 hours.
• Block & report: Users can block any other user and report abusive behaviour at any time from within a chat or on a user's profile.
• Admin moderation panel: Our team operates a dedicated admin dashboard to review flagged content, manage reports, and take action on policy violations.
• Account removal: Accounts found to violate our child safety policy are permanently banned and their data is deleted without the option of reinstatement.

5 How to Report Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter content or behaviour that you believe violates our child safety policy, please report it immediately using one of the methods below.

We treat every child safety report as the highest priority. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and emergency situations are escalated immediately.

6 Parental Guidance

• Not for children: Judah News contains features including cryptocurrency transactions, adult social content, and real-money raffles and subscriptions. It is not suitable for anyone under 18.
• Device controls: Parents and guardians are encouraged to use their device's parental control and screen-time features to prevent minors from downloading or using Judah News.
• Contact us: If you believe your child has created an account, contact us immediately at judahnews@yahoo.com and we will delete the account promptly.

7 Policy Updates & Contact

This Child Safety Standards policy may be updated from time to time. We will post the updated policy here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of Judah News after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
